Note: «FLASH TINT» eyebrow and lash tint (colours «09 warm brown», «10 cold brown» and «11 light brown») has a pure and bright colour. To get more neutral and cool shades as a result of eyebrow and lash tinting, add to them the necessary amount of «FLASH TINT» in the colour «12 black truffle».

Note: «FLASH TINT» eyebrow and lash tint is designed with professional colouristics in mind. Before working with this tint, beauty specialists are advised to undergo training at the Beauty Salon Business Academy «Ruky-Nozhytsi» or with official ÉLAN technologists.

1. Unique composition that has no analogues. The new era tint formula is developed according to the principle of occlusion effect with a high content of polysaccharides, deeply moisturising the skin and hairs without excessive evaporation. Through occlusion, direct dyes interact with the hairs and skin to deliver a flawlessly even, rich colour.

2. A caring complex of active ingredients moisturises and nourishes the hairs:

• arginine – an amino acid that restores the protein structure of hairs and skin. Regenerates, repairs, eliminates micro-damage, smooths the structure of hair and skin;
• hyaluronic acid intensively moisturises hairs, attracting water molecules and retaining them in hairs and skin, preventing dehydration;
• hydrolysed collagen molecules penetrate into the hairs structure, bind the cuticle scales, protect the cortex and form a film, which makes hairs stronger, voluminous, elastic, shiny and manageable;
• complex of oils and extracts of jojoba, blueberry, soya seed, sesame and grape seed restore the cell-membrane complex of hairs.

3. «FLASH TINT» is the first eyebrow and lash tint with a natural pH level, which remains unchanged during the tinting procedure.

4. The tint does not contain paraphenylenediamine, ammonia, ethanolamine and their substitutes:

• classical alkalis and their analogues are absent in the composition of the tint, as there is no need for direct colourants to interact with an alkaline medium
• paraphenylenediamine and its analogues are replaced by direct colouring agents that do not require an alkaline medium
• the use of direct tints instead of oxidation pigments allows to reduce the possible risk of allergic reaction

5. The tint has an instant effect. In a matter of minutes, it gives the hairs a bright colour and the skin a rich, even tinting, creating the effect of permanent make-up.

6. Sustainable tinting. Depending on the skin type and hairs structure «FLASH TINT» provides stable tinting of the skin — up to 10 days, and hairs — up to 14 days.

Period after opening (PAO): 2 months.

Note: it is necessary to conduct the allergy skin test before use: apply the tint to the small area of the inner elbow skin 48 hours before the tinting procedure. If there is no redness, inflammation or rash, begin the eyebrow or lash tinting procedure.

EYEBROW TINTING STEPS

Cleanse the eyebrows with «ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE».
Define the eyebrow shape with the eyebrow powder pencil. If necessary, use a make-up brush to clean up the lines.
Eyebrow tinting
– Apply the tint on the eyebrows according to the preliminary defined shape.
– leave it to develop for 1–15 minutes, depending on the desired colour intensity. When the processing time is finished, remove the tint completely using a cotton pad moistened with water. If the tint appears to be out of the desired eyebrow shape, remove it immediately using a cotton bud moistened with water, preventing it from drying.
Apply «COLOUR FIX» colour fixing fluid to achieve better results. It ensures a longer colour e­ffect by stabilising a colour molecule on the hairs.

LASH TINTING STEPS

Cleanse the lashes with «ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE».
Lash tinting
– Apply a thick layer of the argan oil cream by TM ÉLAN professional line under the eyes.
– divide a cotton pad into two parts before moistening those parts with water, and fix under the eyes.
– apply the tint on the lashes. Leave it to develop for 1–15 minutes, depending on the desired colour intensity.
– when the processing time is finished, remove the tint completely using a cotton pad moistened with water.
Apply «COLOUR FIX» colour fixing fluid to fix the results. It ensures a longer colour e­ffect by stabilising a colour molecule on the hairs.
