We inform you that our Clients’ personal data is stored in the company's database at www.elan.net.ua. Personal data is collected and processed for the purpose of implementing our business activities, sending information about promotions. The database processing and use is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection».

The online store ELAN has the right to provide the Clients’ personal data to mobile operators, courier service (only mobile phone numbers) in compliance with the requirements specified in the provisions of the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection», and to send an SMS informing Clients about the order status.
