Delivery Information
Orders placed at elan.net.ua are shipped from Monday to Friday. Due to the war in Ukraine and changes in the work schedule of Nova Poshta offices, the dispatch schedule may be adjusted.
ORDER SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Orders are shipped during the working hours of the online store from Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 18:00.
In order for the order to be dispatched on the same day, it must be placed and payment confirmed before 12:00. Orders placed and paid for after 12:00 will be shipped the next working day.
The delivery time depends on the transport company and ranges from 1 to 3 days. The cost of carrier services is not included in the order price.
Self-delivery
You can pick up your order in person at ÉLAN ACADEMY at the following address: Kyiv, 40B Revutskogo Street, Lebediny Residential Complex.
Working hours:
- Monday — Friday from 09:00 to 18:00
- Saturday and Sunday — days off
Orders paid before 12:00 will be available for pick-up on the same day after 16:00 and before 18:00. Orders confirmed later will be available for pick-up on the next working day.
To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you pre-arrange your visit with our manager. The order is stored at the point of delivery for 3 working days after confirmation of readiness.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY is carried out by Ukrposhta. Delivery time depends on the transport company and can take up to 30 days due to the unstable situation in Ukraine. The order is sent on 100% prepayment.
The international delivery service is paid separately — the manager will calculate the cost and add the amount to the order.
International orders will be shipped by Ukrposhta every Thursday.
RECEIVING
After receipt at the warehouse of the transport company, the order is stored for no more than 5 working days. After this period, a surcharge is charged for storing the order. Only the person indicated as the recipient in the transport declaration can receive the order. You must have an identity document with you.
When you receive the goods at a Nova Poshta branch, please check the integrity of the packaging and the contents of the order.
In accordance with para. 4 of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection», Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19 March 1994, perfumes and cosmetics of good quality are not subject to exchange or return.
