OxiPOWER Universal Oxidant for Eyebrow Tint
A universal oxidant suitable for mixing with oxidative dyes and lightening powders from ÉLAN professional line.
OxiPOWER was developed as part of the ÉLAN × ASIA brow lightening system.
Important: OxiPOWER must be used together with BrowLIGHT eyebrow lightening cream when working with the ÉLAN × ASIA system.

OxiPOWER universal oxidant is specially designed for effective and safe mixing with all ÉLAN professional line eyebrow оxidation tints and bleaching powders. Thanks to its balanced formula, the product ensures a stable consistency of the mixture, even application and deep penetration of the dye into the hairs. This allows you to achieve a rich, long-lasting colour.
Important! This oxidizer must not be used for eyelash tinting.

For professional use only. Contains hydrogen peroxide.

Use protective gloves. For external use only.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. Do not use for tinting lashes.

Read the instructions for use of the product with which the oxidant will be used. The mixing ratio of oxidant to eyebrow tint is 1:1.

Using OxiPOWER after lamination
The ÉLAN × ASIA brow lightening system can be applied after creating a new hair direction, provided that the lightening is only 1–2 tones and the following next recommendations:
- use the BTX-BROW MASK restorative mask at the end of the procedure
- ensure further regular moisturization of the brow hairs with the LIPIDIC 2.0 concentrate
