02 BLUE BLACK is used with the 2% Oxidizing Emulsion from this system and can also be used with the 3.5% Oxidizing Emulsion.

Specially designed for intense and rich lash tinting.

02 BLUE BLACK contains conditioning ingredients — panthenol, squalane, jojoba oil, as well as the Apigenin + Oleanolic Acid + Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1 complex, which help maintain the lashes’ moisture, softness, and well-groomed appearance.

STAGES OF EYELASH TINTING

1) Preparation for the tinting procedure

Use Detox Mousse 2.0 to degrease the hairs and skin before the eyelash tinting procedure. Remove the foam with a cotton pad moistened with water. Avoid contact with the eyes.

2) Preparation of the tinting mixture

Mix Deep Brow Tint 2.0 02 BLUE BLACK with 2% or 3.5% Oxidizing Emulsion in a 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic container.

Formula: Tint (50%) + Oxidizing Emulsion (50%) = tinting mixture (100%).

3) Eyelash tinting

Apply the tinting mixture to the eyelashes. Depending on the desired result, leave the tint on for 5–10 minutes. After the specified time, remove the remaining tinting mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water.

4) Completing the eyelash tinting procedure

To set the result, apply ELAN COLOUR FIX to the eyelashes.

PRECAUTIONS

The tint contains phenylenediamines, phenylenediamines (toluenediamines). For professional use only. Use only for tinting eyelashes. Hair colorants can cause severe allergic reactions. Read and follow the instructions for use. This product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16. Temporary “black henna” tattoos may increase the risk of allergy. Do not use the tint if you have: a rash on your face or a sensitive, irritated, or damaged scalp; experienced any reaction after coloring your hair; experienced a reaction to a temporary “black henna” tattoo in the past. Wear protective gloves. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. If the product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with water. Rinse thoroughly after application. In case of an allergic reaction, consult a dermatologist.
